Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TowerZ. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Service
TowerZ is a business operating system for service professionals, operated by Automathing Inc. ("TowerZ", "we", "us"). The platform includes tools for booking management, client management, online presence (link-in-bio), integrations (Google, Shopify, calendar), marketing content, and business analytics. TowerZ is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) accessible via web browser and mobile.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a business in your jurisdiction to use TowerZ. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements. Accounts created on behalf of a business must be authorized by that business.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@towerz.ca if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same business without our prior written consent.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TowerZ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Violate any applicable law or regulation. • Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass others. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform. • Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code. • Impersonate another person or business. • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the platform. • Misuse third-party integrations (Google, Shopify) in violation of their respective terms.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to TowerZ (business profile, photos, service descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant TowerZ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and your public profile. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, violate privacy laws, or contain illegal material.
6. Third-Party Integrations
TowerZ integrates with third-party services including Google (Calendar, Business Profile), Shopify, and others. Your use of these integrations is governed by the respective third-party terms of service. TowerZ is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. When you authorize a third-party integration, you authorize TowerZ to exchange data with that service on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Subscription and Payment
Certain features of TowerZ require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
8. Intellectual Property
TowerZ and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Automathing Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent. Feedback or suggestions you provide about TowerZ may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TowerZ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Automathing Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of TowerZ. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to TowerZ in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account from the platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to TowerZ, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved before the courts of the Province of Quebec.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the platform at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of TowerZ after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
